Lucerne Universities sign Berlin Declaration
Open Access is on the spot in Switzerland these days: After the 9th Open Access Days have been successfully finished this week in Zurich, Lucerne University, University of Teacher Education Lucerne, and Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts sign the Berlin Declaration. With this contribution, the list of signatories now comprises more than 520 institutions from all over the world.
